JobDiva, Inc. in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist for a 4-month contract focused on AI/consumer technology products.

You will drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention across the customer lifecycle, coordinating with Product, Creative, Media, and Analytics teams to scale campaigns. The role requires a data-driven marketer with experience in growth, consumer marketing, and performance marketing for AI/digital products.

Qualifications

• Experience in Growth Marketing, Consumer Marketing, Performance Marketing, or User Acquisition.
• Strong B2C / consumer technology marketing background.
• Experience marketing AI, mobile apps, SaaS, consumer platforms, or digital products is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies for a consumer AI/technology product.
• Drive user acquisition, product adoption, engagement, and retention across the customer lifecycle.
• Plan and execute integrated digital and performance marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and partner channels.
• Partner closely with Product, Creative, Media, Analytics, and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to market.
• Translate AI product capabilities and consumer insights into compelling marketing campaigns and messaging.
• Analyze campaign and user data to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
• Support A/B testing, experimentation, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization.
• Monitor key growth metrics including acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, conversion, and ROI.
• Manage campaign briefs, creative development, launches, timelines, and performance reporting.
• Stay current on AI/GenAI trends, consumer behavior, emerging marketing channels, and competitive products.
