Job summary

Juice Plus+ is seeking a commercially minded, data-driven Senior Manager, Growth Marketing & Search to lead Paid Media (USA) and Organic Search (Global). The role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, search visibility, content strategy, and growth marketing, driving revenue growth and brand visibility.

You will work with agency partners and internal teams to guide priorities, optimize campaigns, and translate insights into business recommendations, shaping Juice Plus+ presence

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, SEO, growth marketing, or digital acquisition.
• Proven success managing paid media budgets and driving measurable revenue growth.
• Experience managing agency relationships at both strategic and operational levels.
• Strong understanding of SEO, GEO, AEO, and modern search optimization principles.
• Experience translating performance data into actionable marketing and business recommendations.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and enterprise SEO platforms, GA4; reporting proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy and performance across USA and drive revenue growth.
• Lead global organic search visibility, SEO strategy, and content alignment for long-term growth.
• Manage agency partners, establish priorities, reporting cadences, and annual growth plans.
• Translate performance trends into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Monitor search trends and emerging AI search developments to inform strategy.
• Own monthly/quarterly business reviews for Paid Media and Organic Search.
