MERGE in the United States seeks a Manager, Paid Search to lead strategy, audits, and optimization for health and wellness client campaigns.

You will mentor paid search specialists, collaborate with major search engines, and drive performance with agility and humility in a hybrid work setting across prime MERGE hubs.

The role emphasizes collaboration, growth, and delivering measurable results within a dynamic, human-first agency culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of paid search campaign management experience.
• Pharma/Life Sciences campaign experience is preferred.
• Mastery of search engines and management platforms and strong Excel/Google Workspace skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead Discovery & Audits to understand client goals and refine tactics.
• Optimize landing pages and tracking for accurate analytics and opportunities.
• Develop testing and keyword plans including negative keyword maintenance.
• Drive program performance against KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPA).
• Lead client status and reporting calls with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with search engines and media partners to leverage top tools.
• Resolve billing discrepancies with client strategy and billing teams.
• Maintain high QA standards for trafficked plans and launch parameters.
• Mentor paid search specialists and contribute to account strategy.
• Contribute to annual budget planning and KPI setting.
