Zeely AI is seeking a Marketing (Growth) Operations Manager to own marketing processes, automations, and the martech stack, accelerating creative output through AI and automation.

You will bridge strategy and execution, scaling workflows, coordinating the martech team, and delivering measurable improvements across marketing and creative production. This remote-first role offers ownership and the chance to shape how Zeely serves 1M+ businesses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Project Management, Marketing Operations, or Creative Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Jira.
• Experience coordinating work with software engineers.
• Strong ability to write requirements and structure processes.
• Systems-thinking mindset with strong ownership.
• Proactive attitude and passion for optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for marketing automation and AI initiatives.
• Coordinate martech team and drive solutions from idea to launch.
• Write product requirements, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Analyze workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Optimize workflows and Jira processes to reduce manual work.
• Launch AI, automation, and no-code solutions for marketing and creative teams.
• Research emerging martech and AI tools and assess business impact.
• Measure the effectiveness of automation initiatives.
