Job summary

Zapier is seeking a design leader to own the end-to-end visitor-to-lead experience across the marketing site and campaigns. You will build and scale A/B and multivariate testing programs to boost acquisition and conversion.

As an AI-first design strategist, you will partner with Growth, Brand, Web/Engineering, and Data, mentor designers, and raise the bar for growth design across Brand Studio. You will extend design systems in Figma and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver
