Job summary

Zeely AI is seeking a Marketing (Growth) Operations Manager to own marketing processes, automations, and the martech function. You will scale creative production through AI, automation, and efficient workflows, working across marketing, design, and engineering teams.

You will partner with leadership to map requirements, implement no-code and AI tools, and continuously improve processes that impact millions of businesses using Zeely AI's platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Project Management, Marketing Operations, or Creative Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Jira.
• Experience coordinating work with software engineers.
• Strong ability to write requirements and structure processes.
• Systems-thinking mindset and strong ownership.
• Proactive attitude and passion for optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for marketing automation and AI initiatives.
• Coordinate the work of the martech team and drive solutions from idea to launch.
• Write product requirements, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and uncover automation opportunities.
• Optimize workflows, Jira processes, and reduce manual work.
• Launch and implement AI, automation, and no-code solutions for marketing and creative production teams.
• Research emerging martech and AI tools and assess their business impact.
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of automation initiatives and process improvements.
