You will bridge strategy and execution, scaling workflows, coordinating the martech team, and delivering measurable improvements across marketing and creative production. This remote-first role offers ownership and the chance to shape how Zeely serves 1M+ businesses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Project Management, Marketing Operations, or Creative Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Jira.
• Experience coordinating work with software engineers.
• Strong ability to write requirements and structure processes.
• Systems-thinking mindset with strong ownership.
• Proactive attitude and passion for optimization.

We are looking for a Marketing (Growth) Operations Manager who will become the owner of marketing processes, automations, and the martech function, helping us increase creative output through processes, AI, and automation.

Your Mission

Your primary goal will be to help us scale creative production through automation, processes, and AI rather than simply growing the team size.

You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, enabling our marketing organization to move faster, work more efficiently, and scale through automation.

What You'll Do

Who We're Looking For
