Zeely Inc. is seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to scale marketing through data and act as a strategic partner for the performance team. You'll own the full cycle of marketing data work, including ETL, reporting, forecasting, attribution, and monetization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in performance/marketing analytics.
• Strong SQL and Python for analytics and automation.
• Solid understanding of CAC, LTV, ROMI for decision-making.
• Experience analyzing A/B tests in marketing.
• Ability to independently identify growth opportunities and drive impact.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance marketing efficiency focusing on traffic quality and unit economics.
• Develop BI analytics: dashboards, anomaly monitoring, and alerts.
• Support and improve attribution models for channel evaluation.
• Design, analyze and interpret A/B tests in marketing and product.
• Build forecasts (LTV, payback, scaling) using statistical methods.
• Work with the analytics stack (BigQuery, dbt, Tableau) to improve the ecosystem.
