Job summary

Awake Solutions is seeking a Director of Marketing Operations to own marketing operations, the martech stack, and data-driven growth systems to scale demand generation, attribution, and developer/technical community programs. You will manage CRM, marketing automation, and analytics to optimize acquisition funnels and design attribution models for multi-channel campaigns.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing operations, demand-gen or growth; SaaS/tech experience preferred.
• Strong experience with CRMs (HubSpot or Salesforce), analytics and marketing automation.
• Comfort with SQL and translating analytics into operational playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Manage CRM, marketing automation, and analytics to optimize acquisition funnels.
• Design measurement & attribution models for multi-channel campaigns.
