ROAD iD Brands is seeking a Marketing Operator to lead our marketing, eComm, and creative organization across three brands from Covington, KY. You’ll guide strategy and the execution of demand generation, brand storytelling, and customer lifecycle initiatives.

You’ll own budgets, forecast performance, and drive profitable scale while coaching leaders and partnering with the founder. A data‑driven, AI‑savvy, and people‑first leader will thrive in our EOS‑driven, growth‑minded culture.

Qualifications

• DTC eCommerce expert with a performance marketing backbone.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Strategic thinker who can whiteboard and implement plans.
• Experience building scalable growth engines using data and AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing, eComm, and creative teams across three brands.
• Own trunk-level growth strategy and the Creative Supply Chain.
• Manage budget and forecast spend and revenue projections.
• Oversee external partners, agencies, and vendors.
