• 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or related fields.
• Experience managing or improving marketing systems, processes, and workflows.
• Experience mentoring or directing marketing team members and cross-functional resources.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation; HubSpot preferred.
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with data.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and advertising projects from concept through completion with defined objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Manage multiple initiatives, prioritizing resources by business needs and deadlines.
• Coordinate work of marketing, design, social media, content creators, agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
• Develop and improve marketing processes, systems, workflows, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate marketing and customer data and optimize CRM and analytics platforms.
• Develop dashboards and regular performance reports; track key metrics and provide insights.
• Collaborate with sales to improve lead management, attribution, and reporting.
