Job summary

Global Ordnance LLC is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and optimize our digital marketing strategy while leading branding assets across the organization. This hands-on role combines performance ownership with graphic design and brand management to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and business growth.

The ideal candidate blends analytical, creative, and project management skills with the ability to execute initiatives end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Proven track record delivering digital marketing campaigns with measurable business results.
• Strong ability to establish KPIs, analyze data, and optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to support customer acquisition, brand awareness, lead generation, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Drive performance across paid search, paid social, email, LinkedIn, organic search, and retargeting.
• Monitor KPIs (website traffic, conversions, engagement, ROAS) and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Coordinate social media, content publishing, advertising support, and performance reporting.
• Improve website performance, SEO, customer experience, and digital engagement.
• Lead branding across websites, campaigns, trade shows, and marketing collateral.
