Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth or performance marketing, ideally SaaS/B2B.
• Proven ability to drive user acquisition and understand retention & LTV.
• Strong leadership and communication, hands-on with execution.
• Data-driven decision making and analytical mindset.
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer acquisition performance within your channel or product scope.
• Own end-to-end execution of user acquisition campaigns across paid media and partnerships.
• Develop strategies for campaigns across paid social and video with commercial focus.
• Identify and test new tactics to improve channel performance with data-backed recommendations.
• Drive demand generation initiatives to grow product category presence.
• Manage and coach a team of specialists for daily execution and quality.
• Guide campaigns across search, social, display, and premium sites.
• Collaborate with Sales to support pipeline generation and enablement.
• Lead focused projects translating learnings into scalable plays.
• Collaborate with Web Content, UX, and copywriters to deliver high-performing assets.
