Job summary

Data Science & Engineering Experts, Inc. is seeking a full-time Head of Growth Marketing to own positioning, demand generation, content, paid and organic campaigns, conversion, and marketing measurement for its AI security products and expert services.

Remote role; B2B growth or product-marketing leadership, hands-on campaign execution, strong writing and messaging judgment, and a demonstrated ability to connect marketing work to pipeline are required.

Job description

Turn technical credibility into qualified demand. Own positioning, campaigns, content, paid media, conversion, and measurement across DSE's product and services portfolio.

This is a full-time W-2 employee role, 100% remote within the United States. The anticipated start date and final written offer depend on completion of DSE's current financing plan.

Compensation

Base salary: $125,000-$165,000 per year. Planned benefits include employer-subsidized medical, dental, and vision coverage; paid time off; paid holidays; a 401(k); and remote-work equipment. Final plan details are provided before an accepted offer and begin when employment starts.

Responsibilities

• Make the category clear. Translate technical product and service differentiation into language buyers, partners, and investors can understand without hype.
• Run the channel mix. Operate search, content, email, social, events, partnerships, and paid media as one measurable acquisition system.
• Improve the path. Own landing pages, calls to action, nurture, and handoffs that move qualified interest into useful sales conversations.
• Connect spend to pipeline. Define attribution and reporting that distinguish market signal, qualified demand, and revenue from reach alone.

Qualifications

Required

• B2B growth or product-marketing leadership.
• Evidence of personally building and improving campaigns.
• Strong positioning, writing, and editorial judgment.
• Ability to connect spend and content to qualified pipeline.
• US work authorization. No specific degree is required.

Preferred

• Cybersecurity, AI, enterprise SaaS, or technical-services marketing.
• Experience marketing to regulated or federal buyers.
• Founder-led marketing and early-stage category creation.
• Atlanta technology-community or investor-event experience.
