Job summary

Parlay seeks a growth marketer to own demand generation for its B2B SaaS engine, driving inbound pipeline through SEO, paid, email, and creative campaigns that reach VP Sales and sales ops leaders across field sales.

You will own the full funnel from awareness to MQL, manage paid channels with CAC efficiency, build SEO, design email nurture sequences, and collaborate with content, sales, and product to sharpen messaging and positioning. Hybrid in Lehi, UT or fully remote.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in B2B SaaS growth or demand gen marketing.
• Proven track record of driving qualified pipeline through paid and organic channels.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with analytics platforms.
• Ability to write compelling ad copy, landing pages, and email sequences.
• Experience managing sizable budgets for LinkedIn and Google Ads.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the full-funnel marketing strategy from awareness to MQL.
• Manage paid acquisition channels with a focus on CAC efficiency.
• Build and optimize SEO strategy, including keyword research and content planning.
• Design and run email nurture campaigns and lifecycle marketing.
• Analyze funnel metrics, run A/B tests, and report on pipeline attribution.
• Collaborate with content, sales, and product to align messaging and positioning.
