Job summary

Boom is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to build a predictable pipeline across channels that bring in new property management customers. Partnerships are the biggest driver—PMS integration partners, vendors, marketplaces, associations, consultants, and referrers.

You’ll own the partner network day to day and run Boom's referral program, while testing and scaling other channels like email, events, and inbound. The role couples growth with a strong emphasis on partner enablement and co-marketing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in growth marketing, demand generation, partner marketing, or business development (B2B SaaS) with hands-on partnership experience.
• Data-driven: attribute pipeline to sources, run tests, and explain results clearly.
• Strong relationship builder who earns trust with founders to execs.
• Extremely organized with high ownership; track commitments and follow up.
• Willingness to be on front with customers—travel as needed.
• Experience running a referral, affiliate, or partner incentive program including tracking and payouts.
• Strong written content creator for partner materials.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day partnerships with Boom's vendor, integration, and industry partners.
• Maintain partner-facing one-pagers, decks, and talking points.
• Run Boom's referral program end to end, including onboarding referrers and tracking payouts.
• Plan joint campaigns with partners (webinars, co-branded content, case studies) and manage association presence.
• Test new growth channels and scale successful ones.
• Own lead source tracking from first touch to closed deal and report metrics monthly.
