ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Marketing Manager-Operations to lead and optimize marketing operations, drive performance reporting, and oversee technology, automation, and AI initiatives across the organization. The role partners with Business Development, Sales, and Estimating teams to translate market insights into compelling marketing campaigns and measurable business outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Creates compelling, high-quality marketing content, including advertisements, case studies, infographics, presentations, and marketing collateral that attracts target audiences and clearly communicates ArchKey Solutions’ value proposition and market positioning.
• Develops, manages, and continuously optimizes web and digital content to drive engagement, ensuring all updates are accurate, relevant, SEO‑informed, and aligned with brand standards.
• Leads and maintains integrated content and social media calendars, overseeing the production of engaging blog articles, social media posts, infographics, and case studies; monitors digital and social media trends and recommends strategies for continuous improvement.
• Serves as a steward of the ArchKey Solutions brand, ensuring consistent visual, messaging, and digital identity across all platforms, materials, and customer touchpoints.
• Conducts market research with prospective audiences and collaborates with Business Development to develop buyer personas, customer insights, and market intelligence.
• Partners with Business Development to plan, execute, and optimize growth marketing campaigns, including email marketing, pay‑per‑click (PPC), and social media campaigns.
• Collaborates with Business Development and Sales leadership to support lead generation and client retention initiatives, aligning marketing campaigns, pursuit strategies, follow‑up workflows, and Voice of Customer
