ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Marketing Manager - Operations to lead content and digital marketing, align campaigns with revenue goals, and drive growth. You will partner with Sales, BD, and operations to optimize pursuit materials, events, and brand consistency across channels.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in B2B marketing, strong storytelling, and hands-on experience with marketing tech, analytics, and project management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.
• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in B2B, professional services, construction, engineering, or technical industries.
• Proven experience leading content marketing, digital marketing, and integrated growth campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead content marketing and digital campaigns to support growth.
• Develop and manage sales enablement and pursuit materials.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Development for lead generation.
• Plan and execute trade shows and client events with measurable ROI.
• Oversee brand consistency across platforms.
