Job summary

Renterra, a Chicago-based software company modernizing the equipment rental space, seeks a Growth Marketing Manager to scale a budding function. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll own demand gen, content, brand, and measurement programs end-to-end.

You’ll build repeatable systems from live campaigns, optimize paid and organic channels, and partner with sales to close pipeline. Hybrid, Chicago-area role with equity and growth potential.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of marketing experience at early- to mid-stage B2B SaaS.
• Proven lead and demand generation programs with measurable pipeline.
• Managed paid acquisition on Google Ads and Meta; decide in-house vs outsource.
• Contributed to SEO/content, lifecycle/email marketing, or website optimization.
• Able to pull and interpret data; connect channel performance to pipeline.
• Strong writing and brand voice; comfortable across formats.
• Based in Chicago area; hybrid office presence.

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation across paid and organic; qualify pipeline.
• Manage end-to-end paid acquisition; budgets and landing pages.
• Own SEO/keywords strategy and content that ranks.
• Lead content and brand across blog, social, email, and site.
• Collaborate with sales; define leads and analyze targeting.
