Found AI in Chicago is seeking a senior B2B demand generation leader to own the end-to-end marketing engine. You will run multi-channel programs across events, content, email, and web, partnering with the GTM Lead and CEO to drive pipeline and demand.

You’ll own messaging, landing pages, and funnel instrumentation, ensuring spend translates to qualified opportunities and revenue growth within a hybrid work model in downtown Chicago.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B demand generation experience across multiple channels.
• Hands-on across events, content, email, and web campaigns.
• Developed or overhauled a growth marketing playbook.
• Data-driven with funnel tracking and optimization.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI or data infrastructure.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Stand up core demand channels (events, conferences, organic, ABM, email) and generate first qualified leads.
• Ship messaging and landing pages to align with CIO-level buyers.
• Instrument the funnel to measure cost per lead and conversions.
• Build a qualified-pipeline plan with GTM Lead and expand distribution channels.
