RentSpree is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end growth across landlord, agent, or tenant personas. You will own experiments, leverage partner channels, and scale growth with AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in growth marketing and B2B SaaS, marketplace, B2B2C, or consumer/prosumer businesses.
• Experience across several growth channels with depth in at least one.
• Strong segmentation practices and ability to target behavioral/motivational segments.
• Comfortable with thin instrumentation and setting baselines.
• Hands-on use of AI tools and agentic workflows to scale testing and personalization.

Responsibilities

• Drive audience flywheel end to end: education, acquisition, activation, retention.
• Design and run structured experiments: hypothesis, launch, measure, learn, iterate.
• Grow through partners (MLS, brokerage, associations) to reach agents and landlords.
• Create growth inside the product with growth engineering and product teams.
• Leverage AI and agentic workflows to scale outputs.
