Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, display, video, retargeting, and emerging digital channels to drive qualified website traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Manages campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant advertising networks.
• Oversees campaign planning, audience targeting, bidding strategies, budget allocation, and ongoing optimization to maximize marketing effectiveness.
• Supports integrated marketing initiatives that connect paid acquisition with organic search, email, lifecycle marketing, and other customer engagement channels.
• Develops and maintains performance dashboards, reporting tools, and scorecards that provide visibility into acquisition trends, funnel performance, and marketing effectiveness.
• Analyses customer behavior across the digital funnel to identify friction points and conversion opportunities.
