Sage Dental is seeking a data-driven Paid Media Manager to lead day-to-day execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, ZocDoc, and more. This remote role targets candidates in the Eastern or Central time zones and collaborates with marketing, analytics, operations, and clinical teams to drive patient acquisition and growth.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in paid media or growth marketing.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience in healthcare advertising and multi-location campaigns.
• Familiarity with ZocDoc, CTV, audio/radio, display advertising.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution, setup, budgeting, and optimization of campaigns across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, operations, clinical, and agencies to align campaigns.
• Monitor performance, ROAS, and adjust media mix and budgets accordingly.
• Ensure location-specific messaging, landing pages, and promotions across markets.
