Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Growth Marketing Manager in the United States to own and accelerate a growth engine in student lending. You will lead paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, and creators while expanding into SEO and AI-enabled strategies.

You’ll manage experiments, build scalable growth systems, and leverage data to drive decisions, with meaningful budget ownership and a direct link to business growth.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of growth marketing experience
• Hands-on management of paid acquisition campaigns
• Strong experimentation mindset
• Analytical judgment with incomplete data
• Understanding of growth principles and channel economics
• Technical aptitude with AI/tools/API automation
• Ability to create repeatable processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day campaign management across paid social and search platforms, from launch to scale
• Design and run experiments to identify profitable acquisition sources
• Expand the acquisition portfolio across platforms, formats, audiences, creators
• Build brand visibility among students researching financing options
• Analyze performance with incomplete data to guide investments
• Develop scalable growth processes and automation
• Leverage AI tools and APIs to improve speed
• Move quickly from hypothesis to live tests and refine strategy
