Job summary

Stepful in New York City is seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to own paid media across Meta, Google, and YouTube. You’ll lead high-velocity campaigns with our in-house production studio and creative team, shaping messaging and landing pages to hit CAC and ROI targets.

You’ll manage a strong testing roadmap, collaborate with external agencies, and stay ahead of platform updates to push full-funnel growth for thousands of students.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience scaling paid social and paid search at a D2C startup.
• Proven ability to drive CAC, ROI, and LTV while scaling spend.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid media strategy across Meta, Google, and new channels; planning through launch, optimization, and scale.
• Build and drive a continuous testing roadmap across tactics, audiences, creatives, messaging, and landing pages.
