NOCD is seeking a Network Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale our marketing engine that attracts therapists to join our national network. This hybrid role in Chicago blends strategy and execution with ownership of employer brand, content, and acquisition channels to meet weekly and monthly application targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing management experience building top-of-funnel programs.
• Proven ability to create channel strategies from scratch.
• Experience in content marketing that converts.
• Strong CRO skills with data-driven insights.
• Ability to define dashboards and track funnel performance.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management.

Responsibilities

• Design and build a scalable marketing engine to drive therapist applications.
• Own employer brand, content, and acquisition channels.
• Test channels, campaigns, and creatives to improve ROAS.
• Develop dashboards to monitor funnel by channel and campaign.
• Partner with Recruiting, Clinical, and Creative teams.
• Manage marketing budget to maximize cost per application.
