Job summary

NOCD Inc. is expanding its network of therapists and seeks a Network Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale the marketing engine that attracts applicants for our clinical network.

You’ll own the strategy behind employer branding, content, acquisition channels, campaigns, conversion testing, and data-driven optimization to meet weekly and monthly application goals, collaborating with Recruiting, Network Growth, Clinical, and creative partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing experience building top-of-funnel or demand generation programs.
• Ability to craft strategy from early-stage starting points with no clear playbook.
• Experience in content marketing that converts and publishes effective campaigns.
• Strong CRO skills: A/B testing, funnel data interpretation, and action-oriented insights.
• Proven track record turning channels into repeatable growth engines with data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel strategy and volume to hit weekly and monthly growth targets.
• Develop employer brand and awareness to attract specialized therapists.
• Identify and build acquisition channels including paid, organic, and partnerships.
• Continuously test ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversions.
• Build dashboards and reports to measure funnel performance by channel and campaign.
