Job summary

Credit Karma is seeking a Staff Growth Marketing Manager - App Display to lead strategy, testing and growth across app programmatic partners and DSPs. You will partner with product marketing, analytics, partner success and creative to drive personalized messaging and improved performance.

This role requires a strong track record in performance marketing, the ability to present results to senior stakeholders, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing.
• Outstanding communication skills at all levels of the marketing and product organizations.
• Strong mentorship and coaching skills with a track record of educating junior team members.
• Demonstrated ability to stand up new programs and improve processes for strong performance and efficiency.
• Previous experience presenting results and strategy to senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical background. Ability to identify marketing trends and improve performance through optimization.
• SQL experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for creating and growing our paid marketing DSP and app programmatic efforts
• Manage select marketing platforms in the programmatic space while driving continual growth
• Partner closely with product marketing, analytics, partner success and in-house creative to ensure we are delivering best in class targeting and messaging for our members and non-members
• Present out to key stakeholders regarding channel growth and personalized marketing efforts that exist off of Credit Karma
• Analyze performance and identify trends and levers for optimization
