You will own the strategy and team, and the execution behind how Credit Karma goes to market for key products and verticals—while leading a 20+ person organization of product marketers and researchers.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product marketing experience in consumer technology, including 8-10 years people leadership.
• Track record of building a PMM function from the ground up, hiring and developing talent.
• Deep expertise in segmentation, positioning, messaging, launch and end-to-end journeys.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions.
• Strong analytical horsepower to translate data into decisive action.
• Experience partnering with Research; overseeing a research function is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Team leadership: Build, hire, and develop a 20+ person org spanning PMM and Research.
• Set GTM strategy for Personal Finance and Money with opportunity sizing and segmentation.
• Own segmentation and positioning frameworks across product and marketing.
• Integrate research into product and executive decision-making across functions.
• Partner with Product, Growth, Brand, and Integrated Marketing to align strategy and execution.
• Drive business impact across acquisition, adoption, and retention.
