Hex is seeking a senior performance marketer in San Francisco to own paid channels, manage multi‑million budgets, and drive attributable pipeline ARR. You will build automated systems, test rigorously, and leverage AI tools to accelerate growth.

You'll partner with Demand Gen, Growth Product, and Design to connect paid activity to self‑serve activation and conversions, while staying ahead of new channels.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in performance marketing with direct ownership of large budgets.
• Hands-on experience running Google/LinkedIn/Meta Ads; B2B SaaS or developer tools background preferred.
• Experience building marketing automation systems and using AI tools to accelerate work.

Responsabilités

• Drive paid strategy and execution across major platforms with budget pacing and optimization.
• Own paid-attributed S1s and pipeline ARR in collaboration with Demand Gen.
• Build automated performance marketing systems and document repeatable use cases.
