Field Materials AI is seeking a Growth Marketing / Marketing Operations Manager to own demand generation and brand presence. You will handle end-to-end trade shows, email campaigns, HubSpot reporting, and customer case studies, interfacing with events, digital channels, and sales to ensure measurable ROI.

The role blends creative marketing with data-driven discipline, ideal for an operator who builds scalable processes in a fast-growing AI startup. Remote-friendly with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of growth marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or field/event marketing.
• Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot including campaigns, workflows, and reports.
• Demonstrated experience planning and executing trade shows or events end to end.
• Experience managing paid social campaigns, particularly LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong writing skills for case studies, emails, and social content.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Events & Trade Shows: Plan, coordinate, and execute presence at industry trade shows and events end to end.
• Event Marketing Campaigns: Build and run email campaigns before and after events to drive attendance and leads.
• Analytics & Reporting: Own marketing reporting in HubSpot and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Social Media: Manage company social media, content calendar, and posts to build brand awareness.
• Paid Advertising: Plan, launch, optimize LinkedIn ad campaigns, manage budgets and reporting.
• Company Swag: Source, inventory, and distribution processes for company swag.
• Case Studies: Coordinate and write customer case studies with measurable results.
