Job summary

Checkr is seeking a Senior Director of Product & Solutions Marketing to shape market narratives for Workforce and Mortgage, and to drive the AI and People Data Graph story. You’ll partner with Product, Revenue, Marketing, and executive leadership to align GTM strategy and content across segments.

You’ll lead an AI-native PMM/SMM function, embed new tools, and collaborate with C-level stakeholders to accelerate growth in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product marketing or solutions marketing, including senior/director-level scope.
• Experience in a rapidly growing B2B SaaS or platform business.
• Track record building GTM strategy across multiple products, segments, or industries.
• Leading-edge operator using AI to empower PMM/SMM with new tools, structures, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own product marketing and solutions marketing strategy for Workforce and Mortgage across industries, segments, and go-to-market motions.
• Define and drive positioning of Checkr AI and the People Data Graph as the tech foundation for identity resolution at scale.
• Weave incubating use cases into the company's positioning as they mature.
• Reengineer PMM/SMM operations, embedding AI-native tools and workflows in strategy, content, and campaigns.
• Partner with Product to shape roadmap priorities based on market, competitive, and customer insights.
• Develop messaging and content to enable Sales and Customer Success to win and grow accounts.
• Present strategy and market insights to Checkr executives and revenue leadership.
