Independence Pet Holdings is seeking a General Marketing Manager in Cleveland, OH to drive growth across affiliate, aggregator, and channel marketing programs. You will own strategy from planning to optimization, collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Partnerships, Legal, and Finance, and report to leadership.

The role emphasizes performance marketing, partner enablement, and multi-channel campaigns across digital advertising, social, email, SEO, and content, with budgeting and forecasting

Qualifications

5–8+ years in digital, affiliate, aggregator, or channel marketing.
Strong performance marketing and partner ecosystem knowledge.
Experience with analytics tools and advanced Excel.

Responsabilités

Lead affiliate, aggregator, and channel marketing programs end-to-end.
Monitor performance and generate KPI reports for leadership.
Develop multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, SEO, and web content.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Partnerships, Legal, and Finance.
Forecast spend and manage monthly invoicing and partner payments.
