Job summary

Golden Pet Brands is seeking a Partnerships Growth Specialist to drive revenue, brand growth, and relationships with global partners and affiliates. You will develop campaigns, optimize performance, and provide ongoing communications to maximize success across multiple networks.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in affiliate/account management, strong data analysis skills, and experience navigating major ad networks like Google and Facebook.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field.
• 2+ years’ directly related Account Management and/or Digital Affiliate Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Affiliate Marketing, Paid Media Marketing and/or e-Commerce Marketing.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Docs, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue and brand growth by developing and managing relationships with global partners & affiliates.
• Collaborate with Offer managers, Tech, Copywriting and Creative teams to maximize campaign performance.
• Implement optimization strategies (testing funnels/creatives) to improve performance.
• Analyze CTR, CVR, AOV, LTV using various reporting systems.
• Set up and optimize Ad network accounts (Google, Facebook, Taboola, etc.).
• Oversee onboarding processes and provide support to offer managers with data-driven insights.
• Communicate testing pipelines to internal and external partners and ensure live campaigns run without bugs.
• Maintain and improve operational tasks within the department, including enhanced reporting and tracking.
