Golden Pet Brands is seeking a Partnerships Growth Specialist to drive revenue and brand growth by managing global affiliate partnerships. You’ll cultivate strong relationships, develop marketing campaigns, and optimize performance with data-driven decisions.

The role involves coordinating with Offer managers, Tech, Copywriting and Creative teams, with a focus on testing, optimization, and proactive onboarding. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in affiliate management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 2+ years in account management or digital affiliate management.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing and paid media strategies.
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Docs and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Grow partnerships and revenue with global affiliate partners.
• Collaborate with Offer managers, Tech, Copywriting and Creative teams.
• Analyze campaigns and optimize funnels for performance.
• Set up and maintain ad network accounts, ensuring proper data flow.
• Oversee onboarding and communicate testing pipelines with partners.
