Responsibilities

• Design and execute growth marketing strategies across acquisition and engagement channels to acquire, nurture, and retain SMB customers globally.
• Manage all facets of marketing campaigns from concept, strategy, and creative production to launch coordination, optimization, and reporting, leveraging AI technologies to maximize efficiency and performance.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to continuously optimize key metrics, including CTR, CVR, and CPA.
• Analyze campaign performance data and user behavior to extract actionable insights, uncover new growth levers, and streamline the user conversion funnel.
• Partner closely with growth experts across Product Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, User Experience, Data Science, and Regional Marketing teams to accelerate user growth and enhance the core product experience.
