Job summary

Profile Software seeks a results-driven marketer to drive growth across international markets. You will own demand generation, partner marketing and sales enablement, shaping campaigns, programs and joint initiatives with partners to accelerate revenue.

The role leverages Salesforce CRM, marketing automation and analytics to measure impact, optimize lead flow and strengthen market positioning in fintech and enterprise software spaces.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, sales development or partner/channel marketing.
• Knowledge of enterprise software, fintech or financial services technology is highly desirable.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to assess market opportunities, build business cases and link marketing and partner activities to revenue impact.
• Proven experience in developing and growing partner or channel ecosystems is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and lead qualification.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce CRM, digital marketing, marketing automation and analytics tools.
• Experience with digital campaigns, LinkedIn marketing and sales enablement.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work across and influence international Sales, Solutions, Product and Partner Management teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive the commercial contribution of Marketing by generating, qualifying and converting market interest into actionable sales opportunities, both directly and through the company’s partner ecosystem.
• Lead growth marketing, sales development and partner marketing across international markets.
• Monitor competitor positioning, market trends and industry developments.
• Coordinate targeted campaigns, value propositions, customer references and use cases with Sales and Solutions.
• Establish a structured marketing-to-sales process to increase volume and quality of opportunities, with measurable pipeline impact.
