Postscript is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing, fully remote in the United States, to own every funnel from paid channels to Postscript.io products. Lead growth, lifecycle, and creative teams, and build AI-powered experiences that scale revenue.

The role emphasizes rapid experimentation, rigorous measurement, and cross-functional leadership to drive pipeline and customer engagement across SMS and email channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading teams in marketing, growth or engineering, or as a founder.
• Deep performance marketing and paid media experience at scale.
• Quantitative fluency: you do your own analysis and know attribution and incrementality.

Responsabilités

• Own the growth pipeline with sales and marketing leadership and build the machine that hits it.
• Strategy, budget, and testing across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and emerging channels.
• Postscript.io as a product: drive conversions, testing and new experiences.
• Distribution: email, SMS, community, partners and experiential.
• Lead and grow a cross-functional growth team across marketing, lifecycle, creative and experiential.
