Postscript, the AI messaging platform trusted by 20,000+ Shopify brands, seeks a Head of Growth Marketing. You will own the entire growth engine—from paid channels to Postscript.io as a product—and lead a team across growth, lifecycle, and creative, applying AI-native strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading teams in marketing, growth or engineering, or as a founder.
• Deep performance marketing and paid media experience at scale.
• Quantitative fluency: attribution and incrementality.
• AI-native: you use AI tools daily and have shipped products.
• High-velocity experimentation track record.
• Builder's bias for action; ships prototypes fast.
• Creative growth instincts and ideas.
• Engineering, technical or founder background.
• Ecommerce/Martech experience, brand or vendor side.
• GTM engineering experience (Clay, n8n, Zapier or similar).
• Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth pipeline target with sales and marketing leadership.
• Own all paid channels: strategy, budget, mix, and testing.
• Treat Postscript.io as a product with experimentation and new experiences.
• Oversee distribution: email, SMS, community, partners, experiential.
• Conceive and ship AI-powered marketing experiences that scale.
• Maintain a high-velocity testing cadence with solid measurement.
• Lead and grow a team across growth, lifecycle, creative, and AI-enabled workflows.
