Enavate in Tampa seeks a Head of Marketing to lead strategy, build market presence, and drive pipeline. You will own the marketing plan, budget, and team priorities, working with Sales and business leaders.

You will oversee demand generation, digital marketing, positioning and messaging, content and communications, marketing operations, partner marketing and the BDR function, developing the team and stepping into critical work when needed.

Mansioni

• Build and manage the annual marketing strategy, plan and budget around Enavate’s growth goals.
• Define how Enavate stands out in the market and translate Microsoft expertise and services into resonant buyer messages.
• Be accountable for Marketing’s contribution to pipeline and bookings, with clear goals and reliable reporting.
• Lead and develop the Marketing team, set priorities and address performance issues.
• Oversee the BDR function, including inbound lead response, qualification, follow-up and conversion.
• Set quarterly priorities across new business, existing client growth, Microsoft and partner programs, and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to improve lead quality, handoffs and follow up.
• Leverage Microsoft and partner relationships for joint campaigns and funding programs.
• Use data and market insight to inform investment decisions and optimize campaigns.
• Run regular planning and performance reviews and adjust based on results.
• Find practical ways to use AI and automation to improve research, content, campaign execution and team productivity.
