• Proven experience in digital or growth marketing for consumer platforms and brands.
• Track record of growing audiences with measurable outcomes (acquisition, purchases, retention).
• Ability to set strategy and manage budgets while hands-on with campaigns and testing.
• Strong understanding of US Chinese-speaking communities and broader American audiences.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English communication required.

Responsabilités

• Build a U.S. growth plan with clear audiences, targets, and budget allocation.
• Craft messaging and campaigns to reach Chinese-speaking and broader U.S. consumers.
• Lead channels and campaigns across social and paid digital platforms; participate in briefs and launches.
• Improve first-order conversion and drive repeat orders through product and operations collaboration.
• Develop creator and community partnerships (KOL/KOC) with measurable impact beyond views.
• Coordinate with City Managers and local teams to tailor campaigns to markets.
• Track spend, acquisition, first orders, repeat orders, and channel performance; run tests and optimize.
• Lead and develop the marketing team to maintain high execution standards.
