Job summary

HungryPanda is seeking a hands-on Head of Growth for the U.S. market to drive digital marketing, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. You will shape strategy, test channels, and guide a team to deliver measurable results across campaigns and partnerships.

You will work with city managers and local teams to tailor nationwide direction to local opportunities, while leveraging data to optimize performance and grow orders and retention. Fluent Mandarin and English are required.

Qualifications

• Proven digital/growth marketing leadership for consumer brands in the US.
• Track record of growing an audience and linking marketing activity to measurable outcomes (acquisitions, first purchases, retention).
• Ability to set a clear strategy and manage budgets, while staying hands-on with campaigns, creative work, and channel tests.
• Deep understanding of Chinese-speaking communities in the U.S. with ability to reach a broader U.S. audience.
• Fluent Mandarin and English in spoken and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Build a U.S. growth plan with target users and cities, and allocate budgets.
• Develop content and campaigns to broaden HungryPanda's audience in the U.S.
• Lead channels and campaigns hands-on across platforms and paid channels.
• Turn awareness into orders by optimizing first-order conversions and repeat purchases.
• Develop creator and community programs with KOL/KOC partnerships.
• Align national strategy with local execution through City Managers and local teams.
• Use data to guide decisions, track investments and performance, and optimize underperforming approaches.
• Lead and develop the marketing team, setting priorities and ensuring execution quality.
