Hover is redefining how homeowners, contractors, and insurers discover and interact with property data. We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead our organic growth engine, spanning SEO and the emerging GEO landscape, collaborating with Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Design.

You’ll build a technical SEO roadmap, shape content strategy for contractor and insurer journeys, and measure impact through dashboards that tie organic activity to leads and revenue.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in SEO or Growth Marketing.
• Hands-on experience leading technical SEO and content strategy.
• Proven success scaling organic acquisition programs.
• Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals and site architecture.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Hover’s long-term organic growth strategy across SEO and GEO.
• Build a technical SEO roadmap by identifying opportunities and prioritizing initiatives.
• Create and evolve a content strategy aligned to contractor and insurance buyer journeys.
• Develop Hover’s point of view on GEO and experiment with AI-powered search experiences.
• Build scalable editorial processes, including briefs and publishing workflows.
• Establish reporting frameworks that connect organic traffic to leads and revenue.
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and measure results.
• Influence cross-functional partners to prioritize initiatives that improve organic performance.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in search, AI, and content marketing.
