Hover is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own our organic growth engine. You will lead SEO and GEO initiatives, build a roadmap, and collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Design to scale acquisition across search platforms.

You’ll shape content strategy, measure impact, and stay ahead of AI-enabled search trends while working in a hybrid San Francisco area role with a strong emphasis on data-driven results.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in SEO, Growth Marketing, or related field.
• Hands-on experience leading both technical SEO and content strategy.
• Proven success building or scaling organic acquisition programs.
• Deep understanding of crawlability, indexing, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience measuring business impact and communicating results to stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with marketing analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own Hover's long-term organic growth strategy across SEO and GEO.
• Build a technical SEO roadmap and partner with Engineering to improve site performance.
• Create and evolve content strategy aligned to contractor and insurance buyer journeys.
• Develop Hover's GEO viewpoint and experiment with AI-powered search experiences.
• Establish scalable editorial processes, briefs, and agency management.
• Set up reporting frameworks linking organic traffic to leads and revenue.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing to prioritize initiatives.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in search, AI, and content marketing.
