Job summary

Nebius is seeking a seasoned digital marketer to own global SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategy end to end. You will define strategy, build measurement, and drive implementation with cross-functional partners from content to analytics.

You will lead the company’s efforts to optimize discovery across traditional search engines and AI-powered answer experiences, operating remotely from the United States.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or web strategy.
• Proven track record building scalable SEO programs with measurable impact.
• Hands-on knowledge of GEO/AI-search visibility and content programs.
• Strong collaboration with writers, engineers, and product marketers.

Responsibilities

• Set the GEO/AIO strategy and drive execution.
• Set the SEO strategy and drive execution.
• Turn analytics into action with a unified measurement framework and dashboards.
• Find and scale winning themes using data to inform content recommendations.
• Audit and improve existing pages for intent and structure.
• Lead technical web optimization with crawlability, indexation, and performance work.
• Build GEO and AEO capability across AI assistants and answer engines.
• Run an experimentation program to test templates, structures and journeys.
• Build an AI-native operating model to automate research and optimization tasks.
• Create governance, standards, and reporting cadences for organic growth.
• Advise senior stakeholders with clear, evidence-based recommendations.
