EverCommerce's Joist brand is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own the new customer acquisition engine, managing a multi‑million dollar paid media investment across Web, iOS, and Android. Qualifications

• 6+ years of growth/ performance marketing, with meaningful experience owning a significant paid media budget ($10M+ preferred).
• Proven track record setting and executing acquisition strategy with accountable growth plans.
• Strong experience partnering with paid media teams to translate strategy into execution.
• Strong forecasting experience for acquisition/growth and channel plans.
• Strong testing discipline and cross-channel experimentation.
• Fluent analytics skills (funnel data) with GA4/Amplitude/Mixpanel or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and performance for Joist's new customer acquisition across Web/iOS/Android.
• Lead a multi‑million dollar paid media investment and optimize channel mix and budget allocation.
• Collaborate with SEO and Analytics to align growth roadmap and measurements.
• Build quarterly/annual growth plans balancing traffic, signups, and paid conversions.
• Translate performance data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
