Growth Marketing Lead

As part of a data-driven, highly collaborative team, you will be responsible for defining, testing, and optimizing new marketing channels to fuel business expansion. Your work will directly influence key business outcomes - from customer acquisition and engagement to long-term revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
  • Oversee and optimize paid social, video, and display campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize marketing channels and enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to foster a culture of innovation and performance excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing roles.
  • Proven track record in managing successful digital advertising campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
