Job summary

Karius is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to accelerate awareness of its metagenomic testing portfolio across hospital and outpatient settings. You will develop, execute and optimize digital channel growth strategies in collaboration with internal teams and agencies, targeting measurable commercial impact in healthcare.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in digital marketing within life sciences or healthcare, strong analytics, and the ability to translate scientific topics into engaging content

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or equivalent; Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Analytics, Sales or Strategy Consulting, preferably life sciences/healthcare.
• Demonstrated ability to translate digital marketing programs into measurable commercial outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills linking channel performance to commercial results.
• Excellent communication/presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Experience translating complex scientific topics into engaging digital content for healthcare providers/patients.
• Expertise in digital marketing, marketing analytics and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams and agencies to design and execute digital channel campaigns aligned to commercial strategy.
• Develop and optimize direct-to-provider and direct-to-patient channel strategies for immunocompromised patients.
• Drive programs that generate leads, influence pipeline and revenue; prove ROI for new strategies.
• Create content with Sales Enablement and Branding teams aligned with multi-channel campaigns.
• Build measurement frameworks and KPIs for data-driven optimization.
• Provide input on evolving digital content/marketing strategy in response to market trends and AI.
