Job summary

Rippling is hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to build and scale the IT growth engine. You will fuse buyer insight, technical depth, and data-driven GTM methods to drive paid channels, cross-sell motions, SDR outreach, lifecycle marketing, and product launches.

This role partners with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, BizOps, Product, and IT leadership. You will diagnose growth bottlenecks, design scalable playbooks, and push initiatives across teams, with a focus on AI-enabled, policy-driven IT expansion

Qualifications

• Experience in growth, GTM engineering, growth marketing, BizOps, RevOps, or another technical growth role at a high-growth B2B company.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-leverage growth programs for Rippling IT from diagnosis to testing and rollout.
• Turn IT buyer insights into coordinated growth plays across acquisition, cross-sell, SDR, lifecycle, and product launches.
• Build AI-native GTM workflows for prospecting, audience building, enrichment, personalization, and automation.
• Identify funnel bottlenecks and partner with RevOps, BizOps, GTM engineering, marketing, and sales to remove them.
• Collaborate with cross-sell marketing to convert HR/Finance customers into IT customers.
• Collaborate on launches for an ambitious IT product roadmap and ensure repeatable systems and playbooks.
