Messerli Kramer, P.A. is hiring a Business Development Manager to lead strategic BD and marketing initiatives for the Minneapolis office and its practice groups.

The role partners with chairs, industry leaders, and firm leadership to identify opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and raise market visibility. The BDM will guide attorneys on BD activities, ensure alignment with firm objectives, and manage budgets, events, and CRM data.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business administration, or related field.
• J.D. active/inactive preferred but not required; legal industry experience helpful.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary BD and marketing liaison for assigned practice groups and industry teams.
• Partner with Practice Group Chairs to develop and execute strategic BD plans for revenue growth and client retention.
• Coach attorneys on BD best practices including cross-selling and relationship management.
• Lead responses to RFPs, proposals, and client pitches with high-quality submissions.
• Oversee marketing programs, events, thought leadership, and profile-raising initiatives.
